Looking back at my calendar from Spring 2025, one event stands out as a total dream: a private corporate pool party for Arrow Electronics at the breathtaking Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Kona.
There is nothing quite like the magic of the Big Island, and providing the soundtrack for such a global leader in that setting was an absolute highlight.
The Sonic Aesthetic: Beachy, Coastal, & Remixed
For this event, I wanted to bridge the gap between "luxury relaxation" and "high-energy celebration." I curated a specific vibe that I call Beachy Coastal Remixes.
I took familiar favorites and gave them a fresh, upbeat twist—perfect for sipping cocktails by the pool while keeping the energy moving. The goal was to create an atmospheric backdrop that felt as premium as the Four Seasons brand.
A Night That Wouldn't End
The ultimate test of a DJ is the crowd's reaction, and the Arrow Electronics team was incredible. The energy was so infectious that the scheduled end time came and went—the clients loved the music so much that I ended up playing for over 2 hours of overtime! When you’re under the Hawaiian stars and the dance floor is packed, you just don't want the music to stop.
